| design and access Preparation of Design and Access Statements are undertaken by Greer IGS on your behalf. We provide the Local Authority Planning Department with relevant information relating to the change of ownership/use of commercial premises. The information is supplied in line with current legislation, which was implemented on the 10th August 2006. As part of the service, planning application drawings can be produced for submission with the Design and Access Statement. A detailed layout will help Local Authority Planning Departments to assess your application and in many cases, such drawings are essential. |
