We undertake our responsibilities in a non-confrontational, sympathetic and helpful manner, in an effort to defuse (often stressful and antagonistic) situations. When required, we will provide acceptable, signed statements of evidence or a sworn affidavit, depending on our clients needs. We endeavor to serve documents (on behalf of our clients) within any specified deadline and/or guidelines. The client is updated on a regular basis during the process. |
