Process Serving

Greer IGS carries out instructions from the Legal Profession, serving documents upon members of the general public or responsible persons when legal action is taken against a commercial organisation/company. our Process Servers undertake their responsibilities in a non-confrontational, sympathetic and helpful manner, in an effort to defuse (often stressful and antagonistic) situations.

When required, our PRocess Servers will provide acceptable, signed statements of evidence or a sworn affidavit, depending on our clients needs.

Greer IGS Process servers endeavor to serve documents (on behalf of our clients) within any specified deadline and/or guidelines. The client is updated on a regular basis during the process.
